Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During festive sales or high-demand periods, dispatch timelines may be slightly extended.
Shipping Timeline
- Standard delivery across India usually takes 3–7 business days depending on the delivery location.
- Remote locations may require additional delivery time.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
- A standard shipping fee may apply to orders below the free shipping threshold.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders carry a small convenience fee of ₹49–₹99, which will be shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on eligible orders and pin codes.
- For high-value orders, COD confirmation may be required via WhatsApp or SMS before dispatch.
- COD may be restricted for certain pin codes or in cases of repeated failed/undelivered orders.
Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility
- Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
What We Offer
We currently offer exchange or store credit for eligible return requests. Refunds to the original payment method are not available at this time.

Mandatory Unboxing Video
An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims related to missing, damaged, or incorrect products. Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted. Please ensure you record the unboxing of your package before opening it fully.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items purchased during special sales (unless defective)
